Okay so I have these cute little neighbors. I have kept my distance up until recently. Lately its pretty obvious that one (or both) are interested in a fling.

It has always been a rule of mine to never hit something so close to home. Whether that means a neighbor, a coworker, etc. These little chicks are hot and it gets harder every time we hang out.

Anyone have any tricks to avoid problems other than just steering clear of them?

Ever hear the story of the frog and the scorpion? If you hang around these cute girls long enough something is going to happen. You can't help it, it's your nature. I would just steer clear if I were you, or F*** them and move.

I am always going to play devil's advocate and say go for it. There's no way to ignore this apart to ignore it, and you might as well do what you will inevitably do well.

Decide which girl you are interested in, flip a coin if you have to, she's (for the moment) your target, just be nice and respectful and playful with the other one. Proceed with your normal game, go out, have fun, give her plausible deniability. Let her know your expectations, you're a discreet guy, you're open to just having fun, letting what happens naturally among adults, happen between adults.

Respect her and you're proximity and the potential this has to become a mess by keeping it nicely under wraps, your dirty little secret, it never has to happen again unless you both want it to repeatedly.

If her sister finds out, (and if you're a great lay, she probably will) you may or may not be propositioned by her sister, (with or without her sister's blessings, but more than likely with if her sister is done with you.) Proceed from there or not as you did with the other sister.

Who really cares about safety, by the way, this is your epic life story and don't you deserve a chapter on fucking a hot pair of sisters?

Who said these chicks were sisters? They are just room mates. Still, I like your advice and you are probably right that what will happen will just happen. Actually, I will just make it happen eventually.
