Sometimes a girl will give a number in a rushed situation just to get rid of you. Work on building more comfort and attraction in a shorter time period and you will be good. You want to stand out in her mind, but not in a wierd way.

Thanks. :)

I like to use the term BFF's because that is what the girls use. It just sounds kinda funny. Plus when you tell her that you think of her as a friend, you have just disqualified yourself. She will be less likely to flakes since friends dont flake on each other.

Ok I've got an update

I text her earlier about this gig I was going to. She responded saying she's definately up for it. She told me why she hadn't called me back; she got food poisoning (I still think its a lame excuse).

I text back but no response. Maybe she fell asleep

Anyway, I'm seeing her at this gig now. Shoud I still keep texting her or wait for her to respond to my text first??

What will be the next wise move?

Let her reply on her time. If anything you will see her at the show. If she flakes, forget about her. Don't put up with second class behavior. You need to show that you are a busy man with many other options for women, even if your not.

I had a similar exp last weekend, opened a hb 9, built enough comfort/attraction, got her number, called the next night for a day 2, but when day2 comes no reply. Pissed me off, but I think the best cure is just go for a new one.. too many hbs too little time.

Update:

Met her at the gig today. Nice girl.

I felt I was doing most of the talking though. She seemed alittle switched off.

I'm not going to text her now I don't think. Don't want to look desperate.

If she don't text or call me, will it be wise to delete her number? I mean its almost the 3rd strike.
