I have always encounter this. Some of the HB I picked on did say something like, "I think you are cute".

What does it mean? Is it good or bad? Cause some actually said, when she said you are cute means she's not interested in a sexual relationship with you.

And how do you reply that statement?

Going with the sarcastic response can work sometimes, but if you are sarcastic and cocky a lot, it might just be too much. You can never go wrong with a simple "thanks." After all, that is all she is really expecting. She is just giving you a compliment, so accept it and move on.

I'd respond with something like "I only know you for like 15 seconds and you're already hitting on me. Im not that easy, but thanks."

Or do what Bonita said, accept it and move on.

chainfire, we know that it is to be said in a jokingly way. but wat bonita says is right. the only way a confident person accepts a compliment is with a simple "thanks". she'll assume u hear that on a regular basis.

i would use a joking response if i wanted to make a quick k-close...but an f-close is gonna take more work

To extend this i would move closer to her with a 'i no what u want' kinda smile and say 'i bet youd love a kiss wouldnt you?'

if she smiles or says yes (as mystery would say) PULL THE TRIGGER!

if she says no say something along the lines of 'i didnt say i would, it just looked like you had something on your mind'

yeah i don't think that you should reward that IOI.

2. you want to act as a hot girl would react if you said "you're hot" ...DUH.

Quick and simple "thanks" -little cocky smile- and continue with conversation. Shows that you've acknowledged her compliment/interest..her flattery will be received warmly...but most of all it's saying "i'm used to flattery and being interested in" but you're being modest about it.

But it does depend on the girl.....if it's a hotter chick you gotta be more cocky funny, if it's a decent/respectable girl...be modest.
