met this girl on tuesday at a bar for st patties day. 2 set. opened up to her friend for a min left came back and spoke her and # closed within minutes.

we discussed going out together on sat nite and that id call her on friday

ended up textin her the next nite "hey X this is X, im going to grab some coffee in a bit care to tag along?"

her response "id love to but maybe next time. i work 2nite."

i didnt text back.

called on saturday and left a vmail.

no call back no text no nothing.

Do absolutely nothing!! This girl met you, gave you her number, and even responded somewhat positively when you asked her out. Who knows what her real deal is. Maybe she is busy, maybe she has a boyfriend, maybe she is just a flake.

The point is, you already let her know you were interested and thats good. Despite what some here might say, there is nothing wrong with expressing interest in a girl. What you dont want to do is seem as though you are desperate.

If she calls or txt's great! If she doesnt, cut your losses and move on.

Well, if I know I am "letting go" of a potential hit...I usually experiment with new social techniques/routines/dynamics...etc....that I want to and see where that gets me....nothing to be gained from just letting it go....and it only takes a few seconds to make a text...so no time or energy really wasted in experimenting.

I dont buy that routine...but I guess you are right that this situation is an opportunity to field test some routines. However, I think I would try something different.

well i texted her that she flaked and that i dont stand for that and she has to make it up to me.

so after over an hour of texting last nite i end the convo with "you are already becoming hazordous to my health, im not gonna get any sleep and i am getting carpel tunnel from texting you so much. im going to bed. nite"
