Basically were told as people on a regular basis that to develop self confidence, we need to be optimistic, while I agree that this is the case, when were gaming or just having conversations with people in general, do we have to be in this positive happy go lucky annoyingly care free state of mind the whole time?

When I'm in a bad mood (which is pretty much all the time these days) I put on this fake show and pretend I'm happy, faking self confidence, using confident body language (again, faking it) to convince people I'm care free as I've been told that this is an attractive asset, being "unaffected" as Adam Lyons (AFC Adam) explains, meaning that you have to basically not care about what people say and live in your own strong reality.

Do you guys put on this fake show whenever you actually feel angry at everyone inside but don't show it as it might fuck up your game?

Cheers from the UK

It will DEFINETLY mess up your game.

Try this go approach 10 sets thinking the
entire time how much you hate them.
Then approach to more thinking how cool
and fun the people are.

Watch how different their reactions are

Yeah I got this too, it's kind off difficult "faking hapiness" and girls are more intuitive than men so they can mostly notice I think. I tend to be kind off arrogant sometimes because of that, can't really help it.
