I guess I'm what is known as an rAFC, its my only achillese heal in life. On the success side of things I'm doing really good for myself, high school I was a jock, still work out daily (lifting free weights mainly), definitely a good looking guy, sorta tall (6'1") and not lacking in the size deparment.

I just don't understand the psychology behind dealing with women and all that. Who knows, blame it on not being around of women, particularly hot ones when I was younger.

So here I am, hopefully I can post some of my issues and get some advice, maybe even get to the point where I can give advice in the future!

I think I'm sort of on the sameeboat as you. I'm a British guy, and am in more than good shape doing Muay Thai and other Martial Arts 6 days a week, earning good money, finished university etc etc.

It is the whole physcology of women that I too amd here to learn about. I guess it is because when I was in my teen years I was a fucking joke - overweight, no confidence (something else which I still need to up), an dgenerally not the cool kid.

I guess the five or six years when you first start noticing women was hard for me being this way. Deep down inside I knew I wasn't the ideal catch so to speak, and therfore spent a lot of time watching my mates have all the fun.

I'm still in the same sort of mindset, at least I think I am, I just need a bit of guidance as to how to understand women after years of missing out.
