This works well.
specially if the chick is cool, and preferably alone or in a small group (max 3)

basically, walk up to her, asif youre going to walk by her, then just before you pass her, say, just casually " your shoes are...." or "your laces are undone"
she will look.
then laugh at her, she'll laugh. then wham, routine time!

works well in melbournee!
