I saw the say hi to everyone in the mall trick (which I intend to do) However I was wondering if y'all had any other tips to help make me better in the field before I actually go out. Stupid college bookworm theory I know but I was curious if you guys had any other ideas that could help make it easier for the shy quiet AFC

Make sure you look and feel good about yourself!
Pick up some nice clothes to wear, look yourself in the mirror and ask "Who's that sexy, sexy man?". Smile to yourself, listen to your favourite music and remind yourself from time to time that you're THE MAN!
Have a few openers ready for the first time!
When you first start approaching, it's a good advice to have a few (I recommend atleast five) openers ready. I know alot of guys scoff at the thought of canned openers, but when you start out, coming up with openers off the top of your head is not that easy. Make a promise to yourself that you won't leave the venue of sarging before you've run through your prepared openers. Search the forum for a couple of good ones, or make up your own.
Be committed!
Alot of guys read up on this stuff, and then balk out when it comes to actually trying stuff in the field. Or they try one or two openers, decide that it doesn't work and give up. Be committed to the idea of becoming a PUA and don't let no minor setbacks let you down.
But the best advice I can give you: Get off your damn chair and go into the field! That's where the true learning is to be found (and the hot chicks).

I am in the process of getting into better shape. I have a feeling after a few nights out I will buld some self confidence and walk in head held high

Your ego is what keeps you in fear of rejection! It is so simple. Think! Your ego also keeps you from living your life to the fullest. Until you don't care what others think you will never amount to anything.
The problem with this stuff is the journey shouldn't be outward - It should be inward. Most on here are too immature to ever get that. Again, think! Only you can make you happy. No broad is going to make you happy. Yet, most on here think they are depressed because of females.
