There are two answers to this question, depending on what you want to know.

NO: You can't text fish, they don't have cellphones.
YES: You can text fish, it's spelled F-I-S-H.

This is getting me intrigued, what ARE you really wondering about?

I would guess that he's using "fish" as a verb. I'm not exactly sure what he means by it, but I think that he's trying to ask, "Can I use texting to go fishing [for women?]"

My fault. I was trying to use lingo I clearly didnt understand

You know how girls will fish for attention with a simple and short, uninteresting text like "hey"
i was wondering if theres a way for guys to the same without diminishing value.

and holy balls...

Why fish for attention? IMHO this sounds like it would lower your value quickly. If you are going to text a girl, make it a proper text, not some needy "hi, please talk to me, i need attention, please give it to me"

My two cents :)
