Ill be traveling for this conference (16 yo) at this hot beach hotel and it be cool to have some tips cuz I just began to undertand this PUA stuff and wanted to give it a try. So it be cool if some more experienced guys had some ideas.

for an opener? basically any opener is good, given your situation maybe you can use situational openers, some question or comment you'd normally ask a friend about, use it as an opener

Yeah pretty much anything is good. I personally prefer situational openers.

I think you're thinking about "openers" way too much. It really doesn't matter what you say, it's just about how you say it. Be genuine, open, and confident, and just start a conversation with an attractive women. It's not more complicated than that.

A way to make a good impression
A way to transition into something more (# close) etc
