I suck at conversations, I try to refrain from the interview thing by firing questions, but i do this instead

question? ---> self story + mini DHV---> switch threads by asking qn---> self story

Even when I shut myself up, they don't ask me questions even when they are giving me IOIs

Sometimes though girls go on and on about their boring life story, and I don't know what I did to trigger it. Is it a good thing though?

Two things you can do:

You can keep going, lather, rinse, repeat and wait to hit on something they really like.

Or you can pull them out of their shell with one simple phrase: "How about you?". This shoves the conversation into their hands and gives them permission to talk about themselves.

People don't want to brag and girls especially don't want to seem stuck-up and conceited, so you need to open the floor to them talking about themselves.

I had a tough time with this when I was starting out. Boys are afraid to tell girls about themselves because they don't want to scare/offend us. Girls are afraid for the exact same reasons.

I find that when your trying to make conversation you can not force it.

If they are not making conversation with you do your DHV for a min and then say I will see you around

Come by a little later make your presence known but not in a to Alpha way, if she did not make conversation before she really guarding herself Alpha Male may tip her in the wrong direction.

If shes still not making any conversation with you she either is just not interested or she just does not want to be there and shes stuck with friends.

Women will sit through anything just to make friends happy, I have seen it plenty of times.
