So there is this Asian girl who bartends at a local bar around where I live. I thought we hit it off pretty nice (talking more about herself than I) and did some kino, however we got into a conversation about age and she told me she was 27, was married, and had a kid. I didn't spend any money that day and did Mystery's 3 second rule. What initiated the conversation is that she followed me half-way through the dance floor just to light up my cig which I thought was a IOI. My friend told me that bartenders get hit on all the time and that what she told was probably a defensive mechanism. So it's been a week since we met and I was wondering if there were any openers I could use and find out if what she told me was true or not. Overall, I need help in my bartender game and I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks!

I think she's telling the truth...
Most girls will throw out the boyfriend card to stop people who are hitting on them, but you got the 'married with kids' card. I think that's real.
27-year-old women don't readily admit to having kids, it's not something people look too nicely on, where as boyfriends are completely socially acceptable. And, most notably, easily disposed of.
I think you'd best find a new bartender.
