Legs crossed while standing, what does this mean? On the one hand, crossed seems like closed, but on the other hand it gives their ass that high heels effect, and they probably know it. So is it being closed, or accentuating their assets?

You need to remember that one gesture does not mean anything. A series of gestures means the world. It is like words in a sentence. Legs crossed may be protective or may be comfortable... Touching hair could be an IOI but it could also be a sign of her being bored, it depends on the context.

Never noticed it during interactions, I never look below the waist. More like when they stand in front of you, back turned, legs crossed, usually with a friend facing towards you.
