I'm Allen, I'm 18 and I live in the middle of nowhere in Kentucky. Kind of randomly found this place and figured I'd see what its all about since I have a lot of free time currently. Anyways need some advise on this situation

Known the girl for a couple years now and recently just started texting/talking a lot. She seems kinda flakey, but I'm not totally for sure. Anyways, I finally told her how I felt because I thought things were just about perfect for it. Anyways, she says she doesnt feel that way about me and just wants to be friends plus she's still not over her last relationship. Anyways, is it normal to text someone all day and not have ANY feelings for them?
