okay really quick, i gave this chic my number, and told her to just text me and i leave my number in a message, instead she's leave me her number in response to my message and nothing more. So my question is, do i text her?

Definitely you text her. If she left you her number then take advantage of it. She's offering a path that helps you escalate to get her with you in person. Take the offering. :)

I agree. especially if you want to see her again. I would call her actually. txting can lead to problems.
