I need help with my energy levels

one thing I've noticed I need work on is my energy levels. for the most part, I tend to have low energy levels which is deadly when opening sets. it's weird cause usually during the daytime, I tend to be more energetic, proactive, and smile genuinely. whereas when I'm out on night clubs, I have low energy and look stiff to the point when I smile it looks forged.

Do things that put you in a better mental state before going out at night. Listen to music, give yourself affirmations, anything that makes you normally feel better after you do it. Put in in your routine before you go out so you are happier and pumped. Secondly, consider taking a nap before going out that always helps.

like said above, naps help me out a lot.. I usually chug a red-bull before I go out to obtain a high energy level..

Red Bull and metal (or drum n base) really stirs you up, if thats your thing.

I'd even suggest trying out a heavy sugar based drink (even if its coffee, double your sugar for 1 cup). That should make you vibrant enough for a bit. Red Bull tends to have a very similar effect.
