BUT i just don't get it, normally a girl would give up after a little while but this girl is still interrested after 5 fucking months and i'm being a total afc. Analysing this in a totally non-PUA manner:

You mention that you're unsure how to proceed with this girl and then you go on to question why she's into you. Stop this right now. I've been down that road myself and it only leads to more self-doubt and anxiety.

If you're unsure about how to set up a date or create comfort etc, there are tons of excellent posts around these forums to turn to for help=) You're really letting your focus shift here, pondering on irrelevant details (why is she still into you after all this time?) and in doing so missing the oppurtunity to reel her in. Get out of your head and into the game.

Since you've been talking to this girl for a while, and you said you've been gaming her pretty well, which I'm assuming includes humor, so why not just use a stupid line like "want to come over for pizza and sex?, we can even skip the pizza if you're not hungry. lol" and see how she responds. If nothing else it should really solidify where her interests are. Just my opinion. Maybe it helps.
