Hey guys. I'm new to this whole scene, and right now I'm in the stage of training myself for my first legitimate game tomorrow at a party with lots of girls.

I have a simple question tho: How much alcohol should I drink? I figured if I drink too much, I will mess up my routines etc. BUT at the same time, alcohol has always boosted your confidence right?

Any suggestions on the proper amount?

For you just starting out: Drink Red Bull. No alcohol. You need to learn to get your confidence from within. It's there, trust me, and alcohol doesn't help you find it.

If anyone asks, you're driving (I'd actually follow up on this, and offer to DD for some friends = DHV).

Ah okay, thanks for the advice. I will hold back on the beers then.

I guess red bulls will keep me energized and somewhat charismatic as well.

drinking is fine.. as long as you don't drink too much. you won't be able to think clearly when you are drunk and sloppyness won't get you girls.. but sometimes people are playing drinking games or ripping shots. If you want to have a couple beers go for it.. just know you have other priorities 8)

When I go out in the field with my wing we usually have an agreement to have two beers max so it doesn't effect our game. Of course if there are no targets this can sometimes slide a little :oops:

If you know your limit, I would drink but don't drink excessively or you will be slurring your words and start to become a creeper to girls and that's one thing you don't want to happen.

In my opinion, you should drink until you have a buzz, but never get drunk or wasted cause your game is completely messed up. But a few drinks to get yourself excited is fine.

I'll reinterate: I still wouldn't drink when you're starting out.

You'll have liquid courage as a factor instead of natural confidence. It becomes a crutch.

If you know what your limit is then drink just before you start feeling a buzz. Otherwise try to lay off the alcohol and drink an energy drink or something.

Im teh exact same i never no how much to rink . and if im honest i rely way to much on the alcohol to boost my confidence , Not that im a shy person at all but when it comes to clubs here in ireland getting through a night sober is a crazy thought :lol:

Everyone's limits are different, but for me I have found a happy medium for myself that I try to duplicate each time out. I like to have a little buzz to take the edge off. For me that's roughly 3-4 beers. I noticed after 4 beers my game gets sloppier.

Less than 3 beers I am generally still pretty nervous, which chicks sniff out as well & hurts you probably worse. After 5 or so beers I don't care at all really, I am extreamly confident which is good for game, but not real coherent or sharp which is bad. It's give an take. I play live music & it's the same principle. Over 3-4 beers I start messing up. Learn your limits & my opinion is it can help you, especially if you are just starting out & have any approch anxiety. I advocate it in moderation. It will get you started, just learn the boundries.

as little alcohol as possible- being any more than buzzed really takes a hit on your comfort screening ability. personal experience tells me this.

plus girls find drunk guys unattractive

It depends on your size and other things - 5 beers is heavy drinking for someone and only a little for other

My personal preference (to boost confidence and still be sober enough to game) - 2Liters of beer OR 200 grams of vodka/brandy etc etc
