Found a very interesting (yet lengthy) article regarding a man's right to his semen. Apparently a man had oral sex with a woman and without his permission she decided to inpregnante herself. The court is making him pay child support but he is appealing the decision. I'm sure that we all share the same opinon on this subject (that girl is crazzzy) but read the article because it has an objective defense and overall just an interesting read. Enjoy!

While I'll agree that the child needs money to get everything it needs, and that it also needs a father, I'd lose my marbles if a woman did that to me.

It's 100% unfair. If I wanted to run the risk of pregnancy, I would have intercourse.

The article makes a good point: There are many laws protecting the mother in regard to pregnancy, but very few that would ever prove beneficial to the father.

Coo Coo! Like it or not, its the dudes kid. If that happened to me, I would try to sue for full custody, claiming the mother is unfit to be a parent. Fuuuuck. I will pray for this guy; 2 Hail Marys, 3 Our Fathers.
