So, already made a couple of posts, but thought i best introduce myself. It's only polite after all

I've had a somewhat crazy time with girls in the past. I pretty much started out the quiet kid in school, good grades, beta with people I didn't know, though always alpha in my personal group.

As i grew up I transformed. I found myself uber popular, with immense natural game. At my peak I hooked up with 3 girls at one party (all 3 girls were aware of this too). HB 7,8 & 9 respectively.

I ended this phase with a LTR. Life was good.

The girl I was with however had extreme LSE. And one college day we got in a fierce argument. She was badmouthing a mutual friend. I couldn't sacrifice my integrity just because I was with this girl.

By the time this argument finished my frame was completely broken.

My internal state had changed.

The LTR descended into arguments and we broke off. However from that point on I was naturally DLV'ing constantly. Without even realizing. My social circle fell apart, save my close friends.

I was puzzled, I'd gone from what seemed like perfection, to apathy, anger and neediness. I spent most of my time drinking, smoking and hating.

At this point I wondered where i'd gone so horribly wrong. I started getting into psychology, personal development and then discovered the game.

I'm now pretty much on top of my game again. My social circle is plentiful once more. And ironically the girl who broke my frame originally, was speaking to me on msn yesterday.

Her buying temperature is through the roof

I focus generally on inner game & high level concepts. Then applying my own methods based on the principles.
