ok so im a senior in high school and i went to visit my sister at college....there was a blood drive so i donated blood and after when they sat me down at a table where the blood donors go to drink some fluids and eat a lil bit, there was a girl there and she asked me if im from (town), i said yes and shes like omg me too! so then we talked for a little bit i wasnt that interested in her so w/e whenever the convo would end she would initiate it again and w/e, so my question is was she interested? she started the first convo and she kept on talking

Hard to tell, but she might be interested or just a nice person.

"OMG me too!" is an IOI, no matter what it's in response to.

Reinitiating conversation is also a definite IOI.

I'd say she was interested, and your disinterest made her try harder.

she is either really interested in you or just a nice person, if she has hot friends you can chill wit her and meet up with her friends and something might happen with you and her friend 8)
