Alright I can’t stay too long I brought my friend out tonight to cheer him up because he just found out his girlfriend was cheating on him…yeah he was super depressed…

Do you think its ok for a girl to be best friends with a guy? Without them ever being intimate?

Me: yeah I felt the same way you did until I heard how my friends girlfriend cheated on him… listen to this, his girlfriend has this “best friend” that is a guy. They have been friends as long as they have been together maybe longer… they would always do there best friends stuff and my boy never seemed to mind…

last week they all went out for her birthday and they all get really drunk and towards the end of the night she tell her boyfriend that nick (best friend) is going to take her home because she is really tired, and my friend was totally cool with it since he didn’t want to leave just yet..

About 10-15 minutes after they left he decides to leave as well, he is walking towards his car in the parking lot a notices nicks car is still there… so as he’s walking closer and closer he notices someone is still in the car and as he’s getting closer the car starts rocking back and forth and sees that HIS GIRLFRIEND AND HER “BEST FRIEND” ARE HAVING SEX IN THE CAR!… he was in complete shock it was like he was paralyzed, he couldn’t believe what he had just saw…


iam not even sure if this even qualifies as a DHV.... please let me know what you think...how would you change it...how would you use it...is it too long?

This isn't a bad opener at all. This could be a pretty good opener stack routine as well. I like your false time constraint up front and this just flows well.

As for a DHV story about the only spike I can see we are demonstrating is social intelligence and possibly leader of men, since you're taking your depressed friend out. The main ones most of us look to demonstrate are in a pretty logical order:

Pre-selection by women
Leader of Men
Protector of Loved Ones
Non-needy behaviour
Being unaffected
Willingness to Emote
Social Intelligence

Again, not a bad opener but it doesn't really do much for a DHV story. Typically these are seperate.

thats exactly what i was thinking too... but iam actually having trouble learning how to stack routines and stuff...

and as for it qualifing as a DHV i was a lil unsure if it would be considered as a DHV... but i guess it can work both ways...

What exactly do you mean by 'willingness to emote'? Does it mean you're capable of showing emotions?

Example of a DHV story:

I was on my way to my EXGIRLFRIEND's house and I had to SLAM ON THE BRAKES to avoid hitting some stupid punk who tried to Jay walk. I stopped 3 feet in front of him, then he gave me the finger!

This story shows that you had a girlfriend and own a car, so you couldn't be a complete loser.
