There's a girl I've been talking online.

She LOVES to talk to me online but shows no interest in seeing me in person.

I tried to freeze her out, and she missed me online, but still no will to see me.

What should I do?

Maybe she has a huge bitch-shield? Should I neg her like this? "You're very cute... in a strange way! I think we could be good friends."

So she carries away the attention of me wanting to date her?

She's busy, you're busy. Scheduling something might be difficult.

I'd say something to the effect of, "Hey, I know we're both a little interested in each other. Let's find a time when we're both not busy so we can get to know one another for real. After all, there's only so much rapport you can build with me over the Intertubes."
