There are probably alot of threads covering this but I searched and couldnt find that much, being new also makes it hard to navigate. Anyways I would appriciate as much advice and as many tips as you have.

I met this girl from a friend at work, she began to work with us.
When she first started she was giving me ALOT of IOI's, her eyes would sparkle when she talked to you, I wouldnt have thought twice of her if she wasnt totally into me.
One night I got bored and we were texting and I asked her out on a date, she was very flattered and said yes it would be fun.
Around work I was acting weird, I got nervous around her, too nice, even did some stuff for her that she didnt want to do like dishes. Was also texting her all the time.
Shes a flake and 2-3 weeks later we finally get a date, not 1 hug or IOI, probly bc I blew it. The last thing she said to me was "See you at work sometime" OUCH!!!
I hear from friends that she does this to EVERYONE and that I was just a tool. Her friends told me she liked me but gets bored easily. At work she is flirting with 3 guys and totally ignoring me, giving me 1 word answers, not saying bye.
She gets bored but is pretty much with a guy that is lives in a trailer park 4 years older and a 3rd grade reading level (no joke) he probly treats her like shit and gets to hit it from behind.
Anyways this girl has caused me to waste SOOOOOOO much time talking about her bringing her up talking bad, anything I could about her, I wasnt as friendly but everyone knew it was bc I was nervous and pissed she changed her mind.

This tease has wasted so much of my time and she onyl talks to me at work or to try to make me jelous, I think I am still attached bc I thought she was an easy fuck and didnt get to, but theres no reason to talk to her. How Can I just flat out ignore her and mentally get over my feelings?

No the girl that I am going on a date with tomorrow is completely different, I dated her for a few weeks and this beezy I only got 1 date with and she burned me and thinks its funny and shes the best looking person in our town (shes a 5, I mean cmon shes 4 foot Help for both topics please =).

just freeze her out and take time to restructure your frame. use that date with your ex as a chance to get your mind and oneitis off that tease at work. ive been there and its harder than it sounds but really isnt. stop talking to her and don't "just happen to be there" around her at work either. the best way to not look needy is to stop being needy. just go to work and do what youre supposed to be doing. WORK. get to know your other co-workers better, crack jokes with them, have fun at work. when she sees thats youre having fun with other people, she'll want to know why you're not trying to have fun with her. if she tries to get friendly again, dont be an ass and play her off like shes the bitch. the point is to have fun. just be that confident cool guy that everyone enjoys working with. i sometimes forget that myself and get into complicated situations. if she tries to get you to pick things up with her again, tell her that you guys will never work. this usually gets a "why not?!" if you show you have value. from there, you will have the upper hand and before you know it, she's gone from your mind and you just became a little better at this game we all play.
