Hi guys, I am new to this whole thing and honestly the amount of information here is nearly overwhelming. So I decided to take things slow and do some of the self improvement stuff and basic routines.

One question I have is regarding body language, how does an alpha male walk? Do I have to swing my arms or swagger?

Also I tried doing some image readjustment, got some new clothes, new haircut and started wearing contact lenses. I noticed that less people look at me now when I am better dressed, esp with contacts. What gives?

Some openers or advice for day game/school would be helpful, I am avoiding clubs at the moment until I can find some friends to join me and frankly, I am terrified of all the noise and smoke.

Pickup 101 have a body language DVD where the go through body language in general and then how to stand, sit and walk like a PUA.

I don't necessary agree with the standing, sitting, and walking poses they suggest. Or rather they are too ganster for the rest of my style. But I agree with and benefited from all the theory behind it they talk about in the DVD.

Walk slower, shoulders back, head up, smile (not a big cheesy one, just a small hint), drink at your side not your chest, hands out of pockets (i usually use cowboy stance with just thumbs in pocket). ur goal is conveying that u are comfortable and are enjoying yourself.

if u think ppl are looking at u less after ur makeover then grab something to peacock with. a hat, boots, jewlery, even interesting glasses. i know in general contacts are more appealing but if u can pull off the glasses look then itll work better for u.
ppl mite also be looking at you less because u dont stand out as a slob/nerd/whatever u were before like we all were, so thats a step in the right direction

I've been looking at guys who look alpha trying to see what makes their walk alpha, mostly I don't think it's the slow moving, just really comfortable like they own the space kinda walk.

Shoulders back for me makes me look like some kind of chicken, so I just try to keep it straight.

One point I'm having problem is with is the position of the head. Looking down is bad, but looking up doesn't seem to work either, more like the chin having a 40 degree angle from the neck I guess.

well its impossible to be a pua unless you are already a man. the psychological repercussions of tryin to get pussy but having nothing else in life are too great to number

heres what i do: stand up against the wall like you would when you were 9 years old getting your height checked at the doctor. head looking straight, shoulders back, touching the wall with your back arched. yea itll feel wierd for a bit but itll get normal eventually

but you gotta follow this up with confident eye contact and conversation, or else youll look like the biggest tool ever.

Look how male fashion models walk. Looks really cool. Walk that way.

Personally I just went out with a female friend recently and bought some really stylish glasses. I changed my whole look around them and have had lots of success. Some women I go out with have actually requested that I wear glasses rather than contacts when we hang out. I have also had some success using them as a prop when sarging.

HB: I like your glasses! Can I see them?

Me: Sure

HB: Wow! You are really blind! Can you see me at all?

Me: Not until Im really close to you. (move in close and almost brush their face)

to be completely honest i'm new to sarging...
i HAVE however done a lot of acting, and in this process have picked up quite a few tips on stance. A good way to portray confidence is an upright stance accomplished by metaphorically "lifting your heart". This is by no means like puffing your chest out or anything like that, it just keeps you alert and confident. On top of that it is also key to keep your head a little down, you're still looking straight but the very slight chin tuck can do a lot.

I hope this helps, if you want to look into this a little more you could read up on the Alexander Technique, it's all about body posture (in general, not just PUA).

Models walk the way they walk to draw attention to themselves and the clothes they are wearing.

Confidence means walking slow and smooth, not swinging your arms or your hips excessively. Men walk with their shoulders, women walk with their hips.

When walking imagine you are wearing a cape, stand upright so it can flow, push your chest out, also this cape makes you the shit. Thats not debatable.
