I reckon there should be a UK version, different attitudes to approach than in the US I would say. What do you think

It's a good idea, although I think a year before The Pick Up Artist premiered in the US, they had something like that on the air. I believe it was called Seduction School: Size Doesn't Matter. It was run by Wayne Elise and his assistant Johnny. I"m guessing that pretty much laid the groundwork for The Pick Up Artist to premiere a year later.

Brittish women are hard enought to crack as it is if anything else made them any more suspicious it would be like trying to catch small pox when you have been vacinated...

I've spoken to a lot of TV Production companies, they come to us and pitch shows to the television networks. The networks don't go for it to the same extent in the UK. Seduction School by Juggler kind of bombed in terms of ratings and they don't want to touch anything too similar.

We've done documentaries and reality shows but a series has been tough to land. I've heard rumours about a UK version of The PUA but that was ages ago so i'm guessing it never happened! So my insider perspective is don't hold your breath!

Would love a series though, that'd be a lot of fun! Our show Rules of Seduction is on youtube and was a pretty good one-off documentary.

I think most women know about pua but if you are doing it right they won't notice and if they do they won't mind.

You really think that most women know about PUA?

What sort of % would you say know about it?

Personally I'd have said less than 5% have even heard the term PUA, let alone what it means. Those that have generally have forgotten about it, are too drunk when we're on game to care, or simply think they're way too smart to be fooled by a PUA's skills!

I mean, I would NEVER use an opener like "did you see the fight outside?", "nice shoes", "does this shirt make me look gay" or "what do you think of tattoos?" because guys who HAVE seen things like VH1s Pickup Artist might use it, and if it has been heard by the HB before then alarm bells will instantly start ringing. But I really don't think most girls know what PUA is...?

maybe not teh term PUA but they know waht pick up artists are lots have heard about the terms, if not through the media through guys approaching them using scripted lines. Also I never understand the "girls are too smart" argument, what does it even mean, they are intelligent so obviously have read PUA material or tehy are clever so will think anyone talking to them is trying to pick them up.

The smarter a girl is the easier I find her to game, dumbass girls are boring and I usually don't want to close them.

Not that they are too smart - that they think they are too smart to be fooled by PUAs.

I agree, intelligent girls are still just girls and are effected by the same base natural responses.

Some girls hear of pick up lines being used and think "oh I'd see straight through that" but in reality if the game is played well then they won't because they tend to like being approached just as much as everyone else
