best way and that is a palm hit to the lower throat and/or under their rip cage.
This works only in theory not in reality. Martial artists usually don't know jack shit about real street fights because they are training for the ring or not using real contact at all. RL is not like that.
WTF?
What part of "martial" don't you understand?
Their are two main subsets of martial arts, sport, usually full contact and works well enough, talk to V1V about that, I think he had to retire from MMA becuase of an injury, but he's gotten out of a fuck load of shitty situations thanks to what he has learnt in MMA.
I myself although familiar with BJJ and Judo am on no real level to compete in a proffesional sporting level.
Since I was about 9 I've hopped from one martial art to another, mostly with the traditional styles. (These are generally the more "street" styles, seeing as inventing styles of fighting for sport, such as BJJ, is quite a new concept as far as the history of fighting goes)
Admittedly not all martial arts will teach you well, however most of that is based on the teacher and their own plus his/her's students attitudes tp what it means to be a martial artist. (If you ask me western capitalism along with health and safety. Has led to the bastardisation of a good number of martial arts. Example "kuk sool won")
Now as with the above point, if your elbow connects with even moderate force with someone else's temple (a triple nerve cross-over), they are going to hit the floor and are probably not going to get up for a while.
It's just a physiological fact.
My point remains on the subject.
1. You do not need to fight if you don't want to.
2. If you are going to fight, be fast, aggressive and first. FAF. MUTHAFUCKA!
