Has anyone tried the whole 20 minute naps every 4 hours and it replaces sleep thing?

Its in the book "The game" by Neil Strauss AkA Style

not even realistic if u have a normal work and/or school schedule. Sleep normal and game friday, saturday and possible sunday and thursday nights. the more sets u open, the faster u learn.
