Although im getting better I find EVERYONE now matter how good of a pua you are this is always a proble.
Things I find work well is;
1: Open a set of ugly girls run lots of routines.. 6 or less wont be so negative towards you and will boost your confidence.
2: Avoid Energy drinks (caffine) this increases heart rate which is the core of anxiety.
3: BEER although this isnt a good one, it helps me so much. I find the more I pick up the less i need to drink and Its now at 4 beers
4:have a W*nk before you go out. I find the less horny i am, the less mistake i make and I dont get over talkative and' trying'
5: Use wingmen- knowing that your mate is nearby ready to help make things soooooooo much easier.
