A girl i've worked with for a while is very flirty with me. Always touching, coming up to me, and talking about things. Generally we just BS, and I try to play it aloof. I constantly throw little negs at her, and she seems to just eat it up.

Shes given me her number, and we've been out a couple times but I can't seem to get anywhere really. She doesn't object when I do small stuff (grab her by the hip, pick her up, rub her leg, etc). Shes always sneaking up behind me, grabbing me from behind, grabbing my hands, etc. We've went and ate a few times and when I don't sit beside her she has legs against mine until the basically fall asleep (I know because she told me lol). I don't really see being like that with anyone else, but I don't see her but a few times a week. She also gets hit on obviously by alot of guys, and tells me this, to make me jealous maybe? (May be reading too much into it.)

The main thing is I can't seem to escalate past playful touching. Also she never answers her phone (I've called her maybe 6 times since i've known her). Also, she'll promise (without me asking) that she'll call, and won't. I've called her on her non-phone-answering a couple times, but she just laughs it off.

Sorry for the wall of text, but I'm seriously confused. I'm about ready to give up, but I always have alot of fun with her. I'd like to give it a shot.

ps: Shes in the middle of a divorce, which could be the reason why shes undecisive. I dunno. Any help is appreciated!
