she's hooked, but we cant make conversation for shit
and im tired of running routines on her
is there any tips you guys can give to help me to get her good at small talk?
i know its an ambiguous question but ive been trying for ages
and i need some expert advise

Some girls just don't need to talk. Maybe you need to get better at nonverbal game and nonverbal connection.

yeah, like whenever i ask a question, she'll give me one word answers and leave it at that.
we have a good connection though, like deep conversation we can do, and she's said i love you more than once, although ive never said it back. so attraction and comfort is there, its just getting on my tits

Hmm, sounds like there's something up with her, there's probably something wrong that she hasn't told you about, I'd wager it has something to do with the fact that you haven't said that you love her.

You need to sit her down and communicate with her. Open, honest, communication and don't leave anything out.
Ask her what's wrong and make sure she tells you. "Nothing...*looks away*" means something BIG. Don't let her go until you know what's wrong and something is, at least tentatively worked out.
