I recommend getting a cool tattoo or piercing, plus a bad ass hair style/color.

If you have to be more professional and still want to get checked out think stereotyping and accessories.

You can stand out like crazy in a double breasted wool blazer, matching fedora slacks and nice shoes.

Standing out is about doing something different in a way that's BETTER than what everyone else is doing.

You can dress like a bumblebee or pin puppets to your chest, but it's not gonna get you attention in a positive way.

This reminds me a bit of what Mantak Chia calls "The Big Draw" combined a bit with "The Secret Smile" in his taoism books. Interesting stuff. A while back (before I started learning PU) I was regularly doing a set of yogic exercises called the 5 Tibetan Rites (actually 6 exercises). Part of that exercise regime is being celibate. After just a week, I was a veritable chick magnet. You can see what a quandary that was. My buddy and I started talking about it, and he had been doing the same exercises for a while and had experienced the same thing.
Anyway, I think you're onto something with this (combined with the cool tattoos and nice suits etc.)
I'd really like to see more of the woo-woo hippy-dippy stuff.
Another great way to build your "radar," "magnet," and intuition is to join a real martial arts class and get the crap beat out of you on a regular basis. While this is happening pay attention to what you feel inside. You'll get hit a lot more, but you'll start noticing all the bells and whistles before it happens. It's useful for knowing when somebody's checking you out. And it takes a while, all the subtle energy stuff does.

You guys are going all Zen on me . Seriously, you have no clue what Zen is. Someone who lives a Zen life is not going to worry about picking up "chicks". That goes against the whole practice of Zen. Desire is not Zen. Zen is being. Zen is a white slate. Zen is mindful. Zen is 1 + 1 = 1.

Back to the O.P. - Sean I just have to say a big thank you for posting this.

For me this has really worked. It's incredible! I've noticed that girls will literally catch my eye and lock-on, leaving ME to break the eye contact.

I don't take this so much as an approach signal as a recognition that this exercise changes something within me that is clearly visible in my eyes or in my energy. I've also found that after that first long look, girls will be comfortable about looking me right in the eyes again and again. It's as if the vibe i'm giving off somehow compels them to do so.

Now i'm just an RAFC myself, so for me this is pretty major.

I've personally think that the vibes people give off are detectable by others. After all, radio waves are just energy, and even the weakest signals can be picked up, filtered and isolated by the smallest devices these days. So why shouldn't other people be able to pick up our own human electrical vibrations/signals, even over large distances? I've just never found a way to effectively give out the right energy that attracts women, other than external visual signals such as peacocking, or social proof, etc. All I need to do now is get over my AA issues and I'm away!

to my simplistic understanding of basic science, it's this: we are waves of energy that respond to other waves of energy, and that is all attraction is.

the brain tries to catch up to what the body tells it. you don't desire one woman over another because her breasts are more perfect (in fact, thanks to plastic surgery, now that's swinging back the other way so women with imperfect breasts are more desirable), you desire her because something in you responds to something in her that is more subtle than your conscious senses tell you.

it's not what you see, feel, hear, taste, smell, and def not what you think: it is all, ALWAYS, what you feel.

You can bet your ass it works..usually you can chain onward too.

Say you just come out of a lounge after snagging some girls number, you probably will be excited/bold/cocky as hell, its going to show through your body language. Same thing here, but your just preparing yourself mentally to put out that vibe(as explained in this thread).

IT also helps you stand out cause alot of people are bothered by anything and everything in life and it shows through their movements. I see alot of kids that stare at the ground/floor when they walk around campus, look like frickin zombies.
