Posts: 25 | | Hi guys... so i'm a major idiot.. I talked to an awesome chick last night and forgot to get her number. Luckily, she's a friend of a friend of mines, so I can get her number through those connections, but is that too wierd? Will she take it in a wierd way? I feel like suck an idiot about it, since i was getting IOIs and stuff... oh well. Any way to salvage, or move on? I don't mind burning bridges btw!

Try to remember it next time.
If she was a real-catch call her, and when she asks how you got the number say something like "I have superpowers" or "I knew it all along" or "I just dialed up a number, and fate sent me to you" [Don't use that last one XD].

Posts: 22 | | I started a thread about this the other week, I got the number of a friend after I seen her again but didnt get a chance to talk to her. I say go for it, even if it doens't work out its still practice.

If there is slim to no chance of you bumping into her again. Eg You live in London, get the number from a friend. Tell said friend, you haven't met someone as interesting in a while and wanted to call her. (It'll get back to her).
.... Unless. There is a chance you'll see her casually again ie at a bar or something in which case leave it for the minute and when you see her again pounce!
