so i have noticed that when ever im near an attractive girl in class im always playing with my pencil, shaking my legs etc... im not sure the phycology behind this but...


do girls know by my body language that im nervous or whatever it is that makes me do that?? Im thinking thats in iod???

IOD= indicator of disinterest

it's actually an IOI your sending, work on reducing your nervous habits... but dont worry to much about the women knowing... if you dont make it a big deal they wont. I figit almost constantly... not out of nerves just out of energy.... women dont care that I do it... because I dont care that I do it

Calm down, man.
Take a deep breath and focus on keeping the breath steady and calm in a relaxed rate/tempo.

Nervous is normal, but do your best to keep it from manifesting in shaking knees, tapping the pencil, fidgeting and other ways...
