k so basically this chick said she'd call at a pretty specific time. she didn't call and it's 4 hours later and she still hasn't. we were supposed to make plans to hang out today. now I did actually wait around for her call cause i had nothing better to do today than chill around the house anyway. basically should I be a little pissed off at her or should i pretend like i didnt even notice and just go with wutever. should i punish her in some way. my gut tells me never go with being pissed off or serious about shit like this but i wanna see wut u guys think
