It's original, or at least I haven't seen it used or mentioned before.

Me: If you were my fortune cookie, what would you tell me?

Works all the time for me. It's great because it's so broad--there's so many ways she can reply to a question like this so it takes the pressure off her if she's a little shy, or you two haven't quite built enough rapport/comfort.

I used this with a girl and she responded 'consider yourself lucky for meeting her' and asked what mine would say. So i said' stop telling everyone how cool you are and start living up to it and being cool.'

Just throwing out what happened when i field tested this and seeing if any one wanted to comment on it

This one is really GREAT !!!!
I tried it 3 times an got these responses:

.) Do not eat me if your vegetarian
.) Eat me
.) Fuck me

what i did afterwards, worked really good:

on the first one i answered: wow you are creative, to bad your not my type. And than continued with a routine. The next message i got plenty of IOI's

on the last one i answered: respect, you dont give a shit, to bad your not my type ... blabalabla

both worked really well on them, and by the way i suggest both of them as HB 9,5
