what does it mean when you look at a chick, then she looks up at you and looks away...sometimes quickly. I get this at times and it confuses me. does it mean she thinks im ugly? i get this from chicks that are below 5 on the scale. im not THAT ugly! lol

It's more likely that they're shy, or feel intimidated. Come on, I've seen you around here before so you should know this stuff by now!

i dunno...ive been out of the loop for quite some time now and ive lost all my confidence and havent talked to any girls for a while

trying to seem these things because that would make her seem a little vulnerable which attracts men....damsel in distress...she might just be trying to be cute.

It's a very small percentage that don't look away when you catch them looking at you. People usually don't want to be experienced as "creepy" or "different", which the girl might fear you'll do if she keeps looking at you. I would say, and this is a n00bestimate, she is more likely to think you're attractive than ugly if she looks at you, people tend to ignore things they don't find satisfying, not stare intently at it. Feel free to correct me though.

You want her to stare back at you? When she turns her head, keep staring at "where her eyes were" (Not down and away to where her eyes are now).

She'll come back . . . oh yeah, they always come back. When your eyes lock again . . . well, for me I can't help but smiling at a shy, pretty girl. It just makes me feel warm all over. When you do this, they ALWAYS smile back. They might flash their eyes away real quick again while they fix their hair or whatever but your eyes lock back again. This is just about when you zone in like hawk and go, "Oh . . . you have the cutest smile. I saw you from way over there . . ."

If you just stand there and keep staring beyond that point, she'll run and call the police.
