Hey so I work in a mall and theres a very attractive girl that is in her early 30's running a shop right across from where I work, shes got 6 yrs on me agewise haha

I started casually talking to her about a year ago, we atleast say hi every day I work, chit chat a bit, but nothing major, shes the kind thats open and friendly to everyone, I'm finding it a challenge to really "stand out" except that the only other regulars I see talking to her are other mall workers (teens), the old maintenance ppl, or mall security, so I feel I'm in a great position.

I've busted on her a few times, like how she shouldnt be on the phone with her bf while shes working, she responds with I dont have a bf it was a customer etc etc

I'd like to build attraction with her, and hang out with her outside of work.
I've known her for a while now but we've never built a "connection" really, which I know I need.

I told her I was going to read her personality (ie: do the cube game), she asked me twice to do that today, each time I told her I had stuff to finish at my work
My plan was to do the test then, give her quick generic results, enough that it will be accurate, say something like: "tell you what, let me show you this great place I know for dessert on (whatever) night, and I'll tell you more about you"

This all sounds good, she's giving you all the IOIs you need, you have the key with personality readings, you could use that and tell her you can do that after work sometime. My advice for you is use Style's 5-questions game.

Bet a drink with her, she will lose, that's what the 5-questions game is about, tell her she ows you a drink, ask her if she is free this weekend (or whenever) and tell her that you will do your mind reading tricks while you're out, she will be impressed and intrigued. And since you're already goin out together it's easy to get her number, after you decided to go out just say "let me just get your number". Good luck my man!

Any tips on how to really set myself apart? stand out to her when I interact with her at work? keeping in the mind she will have to help her customers, stock her products, etc so it's a challenge to keep any consistent conversation going

Oh and heres another thing, one of my friends I work with, a girl as well, thinks I like the lady in question and is the type to shit test me in front of hot customers, or other girls she thinks I like. so naturally, since she knows the type of girls I like, she goes over to this lady in her store and tells her I have a crush on her ... I dont really see it as an issue because I'm not emotionally attached to the outcome, what I want to know is how can I use her shit stirring to my advantage?

Absolutely hilarious and it will totally throw her off. If this girl keeps pushing you to admit that you have a crush on the other girl just turn it around and tease the girl for having a crush on you and being jealous. Just keep teasing her.

The best advice I can give you when it comes to standing out is to not be too available, if you are there talkin to her every chance you get you're gonna seem desperate so keep it cool. Just talk to her occationally, be cocky funny, use a funny routine once in a while, keep demostrating higher value. Try to see her outside work where it will be easier to impress her. I learned this the hard way from my AFC days, I was interested in a girl and showed up at her job all the time until she lost interest in me, I was too available!
