Question: If I am getting a drink at the bar, or walking past a group, etc., and they are hot, I want to sarge them, and I have a witty line to say- can I comment on their conversation or would the girls find it wierd that I accidentally eavesdropped their conversation?

I drop into conversations all the time. Be sure you do it with the correct attitude and composure, because you can come off as a creeper if you don't show the confidence that is necessary to be seen as a guy who just doesn't care and is just a friendly, outgoing person.
