Gentlemen

A little while ago now I made a post saying as a newbie and whatnot how confused and lacking direction I was with this whole pickup thing. Specifically, the whole thing was about my dealings with the standard-issue-story of HB9 or whatever and the mixed messages, what to do next and all that kind of stuff.

I've never been 'good' with women beyond the friend zone so I have turned to this site quite a bit for words of wisdom, interesting thoughts... and all that good stuff. I played 'the game' with this girl - all of the stuff we read here; do this, be like that, say bla bla, dont make it too easy etc and now she is so completely into me I'm sort of in another dilema now along the lines of 'what, are you serious?!!' hehe.

A big part of my (bad..?) dealings with women, at 24, was that I was a virgin and it scared me. I was disappointed, afraid, embarassed... it really ate me up. One thing lead to another due to a fortunate set of circumstances and I met this girl for what was a wonderful evening. Thanks again to the words of wisdom from participants at this site, my whole ambition and goal for the night was to make it memorable and pleasurable for her...I didn't much care what I got out of it at the end just so long as she enjoyed herself.

As much as I just wasnt expecting particularly the latter to be true, I'm smiling as I type this to report that perhaps beginners luck lead to good things, and mission accomplished. But at the same time, it wouldn't have happened in the first place without people taking the time on this forum to share and advise people as generally clueless as myself.
