If you try to pickup drunk girls at night walking home by themselves, then you're either going to lay them that night, or nothing is going to happen. Be overtly friendly, fun, teasing, HEAVY kino, and push the sexual boundary as much as possible, as quickly as possible. If you are comfortable enough to do this then go for it full out, don't tip toe around the tulips. She doesn't want a friend, she doesn't want your number, she won't pick up if you phone her, she probably just wants to sleep. But she may want you to join her if you can stimulate her and take advantage of her high buying temperature and lowered inhibitions.

I'm not the ethics police, but from experience, in this situation, this is basically your only option for success.

Sorry, but I refuse to give lines to people asking for advice. Understand yours and hers physiology and psychology, and make yourself comfortable in the moment. Your subconscious will take care of the minute details like 'what to say.' Trust you.

And really, especially in a situation where a drunk girl is stumbling home, what you say to her really doesn't matter. You just have to convey the right frame and arouse her physically through touching, and mentally through challenging her, running overtly sexual threads, and talking with a sexual tonality.

Basically you ask a girl straight out if she'd like to come home with you. I've had quite a bit of success using this on drunk girls in clubs, I'm sure it could be adapted for girls walking home. I'd say if you walk past 5 girls on your way home its bound to work on one of them if you have the balls to do it.
