At my work Ive started trying to talk more and Im really good when its just one person but when its a whole group its like I cant be the Alpha anymore.

Like I do the things your supposed to do in a group but people still look to someone else to lead. At my work I'm seeing this girl but we've only been on a couple dates nothing serious. There's this guy there who I'm pretty sure is a natural. The girl I'm seeing can't help but too like that guy
I'll catch her giving him IOIs like crazy but hes married too like the best looking girl that works there.

Its like I cant lead unless its like my close group of friends even then when someone who's I guess "cooler" shows up they decide to listen to their bullshit over mine.

I more of like a funny person who people just don't like too follow. For me its like "If you cant beat them dont join them"

All I can say is DHV, Confidence, and a little AMOG. You have to be able to captivate people when you speak so if your having trouble keeping them engaged I would consider looking up some "Story Telling" tips just so you can get the concept of story telling. As for the "Other-Guy", you need to make it seem like your the more exciting one between you two. Speak more clearer and always question what someone says, especially if it sounds stupid, those are usually your chances of displaying "Alpha Male". Now if the girl is who your trying to impress, do what all the other MPUA's do an talk to other women. This way she sees that your not just talking to her and that talking to women comes natural to you. Give us an update when you can.
