It's not about what you wear, it's about making yourself interesting in their eyes.

It's about congruence. Mystery wears his clothes; they don't wear him. He's comfortable wearing all of that stuff because it portrays what he wants to portray.

I would never go as far as he goes, partly because I don't feel the need to communicate through my clothing the way that he does, and partly because my game is really physical and involves a lot of dancing, and my fuzzy hat would be falling off all the time. I dress for comfort and utility first, appearance second.

This weekend i wore a gay colored shirt and a cheezy tie.
it wasn't FLAMING Homo... But they arent your typical "black & white" colors that people wear.

I believe in peacocking stylishly. I like to wear nice black dress shirts that have some sort of black embroidery in them, usually skulls. I like to wear a black pinstriped fedora, it has a skull and cross bones embroidered into it. I think its getting more popular in some places, but I live in a hick town where clothing like that is unheard of. I wear loose fitting blue jeans, I have a chain wallet(even the chain gets its own attention sometimes), and I often wear an expensive leather jacket, and a pentacle necklace with a skill in the middle of it with ruby eyes. I stand out, but I look good doing it. I also wear boots, boots are more stylish than tennis shoes, more alpha than dress shoes, and make me about an inch and a half taller.
Most people like my clothing, an occasional drunk asshole will try to amog me, and for the most part I turn every negative thing they say into a joke, often turning things around on them. If they get too serious with me, I use my most alpha body language, and stare them down. Usually they'll back off cause they don't want to go to jail for fighting, and if they try to hit me, then I rely on years of hapkido, and aikido lessons to throw them to the floor, or at tables, or into a wall or the bar. That's how I see it. Mystery's clothing suits his personality. He has an upbeat personality thats "mysterious" and he is a magician; therefore, it works for him. Obviously if a guy with low self-esteem and a poor attitude walked into a club dressed like that and sat in the corner the whole time, the clothing would be extremely odd, BUT Mystery does not do that at all - he does quite the opposite. Your peacocking 'gear' has to be congruent with your personality, and IMO, his fits him well.

Peacocking works even if you don't have the personality to back it up.

You just have to know this.

If there is negativ reaction. That's ok. She opens you.

Because why would she even bother if there is no interest?

Rock Stars don't give a sh#t and wear what they want and always have HBs around them and social proof so it does not matter and makes them above everyone else. It is a DHV because its ridiculous and most girls would not be attracted to it unless you are a ROCK STAR!!

This is not to mention that Mystery is an illusionist and likes to use that in conversation when he does his magic and such.

Point being it works because rock stars don't care what people think of them and dress like idiots because they want attention and think they are better than everyone else. As far as getting laid goes, they are better than almost everyone else.

Short answer: mystery wants rock star status, and so he TAKES IT!!

If you thought he was gay would you mind him talking to one of your girl friends.
It just makes him stand out and people talk to him, think about how many guys wear the same shit to clubs, if you ran into someone that looked like Mystery you would remember them for ages.

Whatever Mystery does is obviously proven and field tested. He looks like a rock star which gives him immidiate social proof. It's cocky! You cant down on his game for wearing goggles. Any alpha male that talks smack to the man immediatly gets put to shame when he says "in case you spit."
And when that happens the alpha male status gets transfered back to him.
Personally I dont look like a rock star. I dress nice and wear bright clothing. My social proof comes to me when I have 5 girls competing over me on any given night.

Oh please! Mystery is a big time shitty looking guy and he is more of a success story. If you look at tthe way he was made a fool off in his recent interviews you could never believe that this guy has any class. I like Neil and DD they both atleast look human.

Sure, Mystery has had good success with women but there is always a kind of women that he gets probably. I doubted if he had anyone of any class. He talks more than he delivers

apperances are no where near the no.1 thing for girls in the club scene i mean just think about it when you see the best looking guy in a club he is never with the best looking girl (Im a really good looking guy and havnt had near the success that some of my not so good looking smoothtalking friends have had)

and then there are the random club btichcunts who will mock you to enjoy getting a power trip every now and then, and you cannot game them, your only hope to retain whatever social proof you have is to put them in their place- and the best you can hope for is that she (being clearly the insecure, LSE chick that she is) wont talk shit about you to TOO many girls.

Mystery dresses the way he does because that's his identity. He's a magician, and he just likes the way he dresses. If a lawyer tried wearing the stuff mystery does it just wouldn't work, or maybe it'd be minimal. So yes, it's peacocking, but it's peacocking within his identity.

You peacock to put across YOUR PERSONALITY. I'm a drummer so I love attention so ill often wear different clothes, but at the same time I wont look mysterious because there is no need for it. As a speaky person though im actually quite a shy guy until you know me so I will wear things that allow girls to open me or anyone else for that matter, I crave the excitement that you get after you realise you just spoke to, say five people you didnt know tonight, and they where positive towards you. If they arent just leave them, thats cool to.

When I was Germany for Oktoberfest after gaming this cute German girl, she handed me her pink light up bunny ears after she gave me her number.

I was so drunk I really kinda forgot about em for a sec...

Well, when I returned to my friends everybody was looking at me, but I played it off as cocky funny. And it worked WONDERS with the entire night! It turned women on to me even more the fact that i had the security to wear pink bunny ears in public AND run game on them. I had ALL kinds of women approaching ME!

So yea of course some of that shit looks rediculous but it works as a converstationlist piece and helps you stand out so all attention is on you.
