So at the end of Augest.. I will be moving into my own home.. I'm 23 and it's amazing.. Whats even more amazing.. is that the neigbhorhood I'm in (a townhome development) is infested with HB's alll over the place. some are even my neigbhors across the street..and of course I'm probably going to plan a get together at my place soon after I'm all settled in.. How would I go about inviting these girls over and introduce myself without coming off kind of wierd??.. I was thinking once I do have a party and because my community is small.. I don't want to piss anyone off...I should make up some flyers or something and give them to the 2 houses next to me.. then go over to where the HBs live and give them a flyer and say something like.. "if you can stand the noise.. come on by".. or something...

This is almost too easy...I would avoid the flyers unless you want people trashing your new home.

Here's what I would do, I'd scope out the neighbourhood and find out where all the HBs live, then when it's coming close to the day of your party, just go over knock on the door. When the Hb answers say "Hi, I just moved into the neighbourhood and i'm throwing a party and inviting people from around here. Tell her where you live and tell her to come and bring some friends.

How easy is that????

Also, I am not sure if girls are like this around you all, but if the guy to girl ratio is heavily leaning towards 70% or more girls, many HBs who are getting ignored will leave without a second thought of you or the event.
