Alright AFCs, you guys will love this.

Did you know that our subconscious minds don't take in negative words? (such as Not, no, never, etc.)

Most AFCs always focus on "I'm immature, and i do NOT want to be like this anymore." "I'm too boring, and I want to fix it." "I'm a loser, I'm going to change."

The human mind needs direction.
Don't focus on the statements I put above, those are NEGATIVE and your mind starts focusing on the 'fact' that you're boring, immature, and a loser.

PUAs and Naturals have this built into their common sense now. They only focus on positives. Instead of thinking about how to fix their problems, they give themselves a direction or GOAL to go towards.
So focus on things like "I'm a fun guy. I'm really confident. I live in my own reality. I'm the MAN."

Already, your subconscious will try to prove these statements through looking through memories and will also make you act like what you believe you are.

Beliefs are the keys to success.
