You could reshape this to be more of an actual neg. Something like. "Are
Fair. But Mystery, in his Mind of Mystery training said this verbatim:
"We're calling neg theory disqualification theory because a neg is a statement
that temporarily disqualifies one's self from being considered a potential
suiter to the woman. So, by negging, i'm disqualifying. By saying 'you're
not my type,' im getting the point across that im not after her"
