Whenever I head towards the weights I pass by all the cardio machines. Next time I see a HB doing her exercise, I'm going to stop walking, look at her and say..
"Next time I come back around, you better have burned at least 3000 calories." (Or some other ridiculous number). Saying this while making a fake serious face to let her know I'm playing around. Before waiting for a reply, I will keep on walking and start doing my weights. I usually end my workouts with cardio, so on my way back over I can ask for a status report. "So, did you make it to 3000? What...no!? *head into a conversation/routine*
I have yet to field test this, but last time I made a ridiculous comment like that, the girl eventually started doing her work outs around my area and triggered that Proximity that Mystery talks about, making the second part of it even easier.
