For a year, I sported a #2 length, 3 inch wide mohawk. Now, I shave my head every four weeks. The night before I shave it bald, I sport a mohawk once again.

Whether I am bald, have the mohawk, or it is butch short, women love to rub it. Especially the waitresses at Hooters.

Whenever women touch it, I remark, "You know. If you rub it, it will bring you good luck." Invariably, they rub it gently more.

Almost without fail, they say, "I don't feel lucky."

"You didn't rub it in the right place."

You can do this with any hair peacocking that causes women to want to touch it.

Also, you can adjust the line depending on what you want to do.
"If you rub it, it will stand up straight." "Oh, you thought I was talking about my hair!"
"You you rub it, you will have better orgasms."
"If you rub it, you'll cum instantly." "You need to rub it faster." "Not with your hand!"

I get fucktons of attention for my hair but it's just long as hell. I've done various crazy hairdos with it though and every time it turns heads (A high ponytail, a high ponytail above a normal ponytail, tieing it all on top of my head "the pineapple" and of course, simply not tieing it up at all). Every time I get the whole "Can I touch your hair" routine but I usually pay no heed to it since I'm too used to it.

You need to use it as a tool to up the interaction. Just asking to touch it is an opener to you. giving a moment to interact without thought allows you a moment to figure your transition to more interaction.

I interact without thought to any opener, it doesn't take me to use every part of my body as another part of my arsenal. If someone ever comments on my hair it's an IOI and I've become accustomed to it, I simply rack forward the way I usually would without having to pause just to think of a transition.

Nothing against what it is you're doing but I personally have no need to do so, I'm 6' 6" with hair halfway down my back so I'm used to standing out and people commenting on it, I tend more to be concious of their comments but not react to it and it seem people work even more for my approval that way.

You are right. I said need. You don't need anything when you are solid. Thanks for adding value by showing that unique hair, not a particular hair style creates IOIs.
