The fact that she's been having sexual dreams with you could mean a variety of things. She could be reminiscing, desiring you, or a bunch of different stuff.

The fact that she told you, she wants to make those dreams real.

She obviously wants you and is probably immensely sexually frustrated. She doesn't want you back because she would've said something along the lines of "I've been thinking about you a lot recently". Take this opportunity to play with her a bit.

If she's your only option, be blunt and make it happen as soon as possible... flirt back by texting her and asking her to give you details and after a few replies tell her that its getting you hot and you want to make the dreams a reality.

If she's not your only option, make it seem like it you're disinterested. Text her and say " I seem to have that effect on women" . Build up the sexual tension and I guarantee the sex will be a million times better.
