I'm just wondering if this is good material or if i should just bin it but anyway this is how it would go. Now let's say the situation is on a bus. Hb is sitting & the seats beside Hb are taken and the conversation would be started with you standing and Hb sitting...

*HB checking you out*
*catch eye contact 2-3 seconds*
*walk up to her*
me : "Hi, I thought I would come and introduce myself as it would be a shame to waste all the good eye contact we have been having" (credit goes to jaybot)
Hb : blah blah blah
me : Hey i got a question...
Hb : ok
me : Well before i start.. care to stand up for the sake of this conversation?
- she says no you give an "ok" in the tone of what you had to say was really interesting and that she would be missing something good (if she's bored or interested she'll come to you in bit)
- she says yes continue on with the routine and go from there

Now i want to know if this would be a good opener (im not that familiar with the terms yet *newbie here*) and if i should change the stand up question to an order like.... (i can't think of a clever order SPAM.. but you get the point)

This is a tough one as I find myself alot of time in this situation. Since im on public transportation at least 2hrs a day, I dont do anything even though I got massive IOI's but I get too itimidated on buses, and trains lol


I would love to hear someone with good advice on this one...worst comes to worst you should try your opener out and see if girls actually stand up or not..it would be intresting to see.

If she is really checking you out from the start I guess you could risk the direct game approach. Instead of saying "Hey i got a question" make it a little more playful. I'm just making this up but maybe you could try something like this:

You: Wait a minute, you're not one of those really smart girls are you?
Her: Yes, I am/No I'm not
You: Oh god.. you're modest too aren't you? / Well good smart people usually lose this game anyway (depending whether she said yes or no). Well a friend of mine showed me this game a couple weeks ago, it's called sharp bus. I've had 5 people play me in it and still nobody has beat me. Think you got what it takes?
Her: Well what do you have to do?
You: First stand up.
Her: Ok (she stands up)
You: (take her seat) and say "I win"

From there you could probably take it just about wherever you wanted.

Also, if you don't feel like doing a direct approach you could try an indirect opener like "excuse me miss I noticed you're in my honorary seat. Would you mind getting off of the bus so I can sit in it?" (make sure to say it in a flirtatious way, so she doesn't take you seriously).

Like i said, i'm just making this crap up. If you use it I'd really like to hear how it goes.
